Current Known System Bugs

Please see below a list of bugs we are currently aware of within the DAVIS system. Where possible we will attempt to give an estimation of expected resolution time-frames.

Currently Under Investigation

• Weekly Summary Emails not being sent  (Currently testing fix)
• Address mismatch report - reports matching addresses incorrectly
• Some Licence Result Notifications send duplicated results
• Driver Audits not displaying on assigned driver profile.
• Unable to run DVLA update within DAVIS Fleet for vehicle without a known make/model
• Dead link in Insurance reminder email notifications
• Credit spends report restricted to last 30 days only
• Location columns missing from reports if a specific location is being accessed via the location drop-down
• CPC Due to Expire warning/report missing from dashboard/Upcoming Actions
• Spaces in mobile numbers causes "Invalid Consent Mobile number" error when submitting an E-Approval
• Driver login display does not display insurance rejection reasons
• ADR Expiring/Expired missing from Weekly Summary emails.
• Restriction filtering does not work within the All Licences (Categories) report
• Unable to edit driver notes
• Last Sent SMS column blank in "Drivers With Expiring E-Approvals" report

Scheduled for Next Release (ETA 17th August 2023)

• Grey Fleet credits not being automatically renewed
• Adjust expiring CPC/Tacho/Photocard to be valid until the end of expiration day
• Unable to archive a driver if a grey fleet vehicle is assigned
• Northern Ireland / Foreign Licence datasheets not displaying once uploaded.

• Duplicate entries in Calendar
• Back button has been reinstated
• Save button not working for driver details of foreign/Northern Ireland licence holders
• Credit allocation report not loading for reseller accounts
• CPC training hours courses showing valid incorrectly
• Licence Result PDF won't load in history tab
• Warning message added to driver registration page if driver number already exists in account
